This document contains a checklist for assessing access roads and wind turbine generator (WTG) pads. The checklist is intended to be completed at the beginning of a project to generally assess each road and can be used to document specific problems or for official inspections. It includes items to evaluate such as visibility, entrance conditions, emergency access, compaction, crane operation risks, weather, grading, hazards, parking, barriers, signs, and speed limits. Upon completion, the assessor and site manager sign off on the assessment.
