Be prepared to multitask
Teachers are expected to be familiar with the platform being utilized since they will
be the major facilitators of an online course. Monitoring the delivery of the content,
the delivery of the activities, and the responses of the participants entails doing this.
Teachers must exercise their multitasking skills to keep track of all of these activities,
which frequently overlap.
The most crucial factor in a country's growth and expansion is education. Individuals'
brains and character are shaped by their education. Additionally, it gives everyone
the talent and inspiration they need. The traditional higher education system is
comparable to a physical retail business structure in that students receive a
systematic education from colleges and universities by physically attending needed
classes on a regular basis (full time or part time). The conventional educational
system, however, has a number of shortcomings, and numerous improvements are
anticipated in the next years. Online education is one of the potential developments
in the next generation of educational systems.
In this article, we've talked about how online education is the next generation of
education and how it affects society and scientific advancement in higher education.
There is discussion of the various online education models and their significance.
There is discussion of the advantages, benefits, limitations, and disadvantages of
online educational systems.

Journal of Engineering Research and Modern Education (IJERME), 1(1), 225-235.
This study used a semi-structured online survey that was carried out using a random
sample method as a quantitative research study.
FINDINGS
Results showed that the vast majority of people agree with the study's questions.
Due to numerous issues that arise when taking online classes, including a lack of
motivation, a lack of comprehension of the material, a decline in communication
between the students and their instructors, and a sense of isolation brought on by
taking online classes, students continue to prefer classroom instruction over it.
Due to the fact that only students were used to choose the sample, this study
exclusively examined the influence from the viewpoint of students.
This study broadened the scope of the students' point of view, which will aid in
understanding the problems and generating workable answers. According to this
study, teachers and students should converse informally (through audio
conversations, private video calls, online chat groups, and online chats) as well as
formally (using email and online platforms). Finally, teachers should use a variety of
rewards to motivate students to participate and learn more.
