Dear Sir;

This is to signify my interest to apply for the position of Senior Agrarian Reform Program Officer (SARPO) for the
Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD/ARBDSP) in the Department of Agrarian Reform, Zamboanga
del Sur.
I have been with the Department of Agrarian Reform for over 19 years, 2 years as a casual employee, 17 years as a
permanent employee holding a Clerk III position for 10 years, and later promoted to ARPO I in 2016 in the same
division where I have been molded and trained on different tasks under the Support Services.
Over these years, I have been assigned to challenging designations of different Foreign Assisted Projects and
Special Projects such as ARISP III, WMCIP, SPOTS, BIARSP, PAMANA ARA, and Project ConVERGE. At present, I
have been given the privilege of being the Section Head/Coordinator of CRFPSP, Cluster III Coordinator with 5
Municipalities, PBD Lawyering Point Person, Municipal Coordinator of Molave for Project ConVERGE and GID
Coordinator of the same project in the PPMO vice Engr. Emerita Fuerzas for the rest of the remaining period of
project implementation. While in these tasks, I have been designated as the Provincial Information Officer and
PARCCOM Secretariat for more than 15 and 13 years respectively. In 2016 and 2021, I was privileged to be awarded
as the Top Performing Municipal Coordinator and Most Outstanding Employee in the PBD Division.
In support to my broad work experience, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Mass Communication with 30 units in Master
in Public Administration and completed my academic degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) migrated to Juris Doctor in
2015.
I am confident that with your leadership and guidance, I can be ready for the next step to handle bigger
responsibilities in this Division. As such, I respectfully request to be considered as a candidate for this position.
