    11"-5,000psi Double Ram BOP

    Shaffer Type 11"-5,000psi Double Ram BOP

    BOPM 11"-5,000psi double ram BOPs are designed and manufactured according to API 16A.

    1. Specifications

    Bore Size: 11"

    Working Pressure: 5,000psi

    Top Connection: 11" 5,000psi R54 Studded

    Bottom Connection: 11" 5,000psi R54 Studded

    Outlets: 4-1/16"

    Weight: 9,900 lbs

    Overall Dimensions: 89.1" × 53.9" × 33.1"

    2. Key Features

    A. Ram assembly is interchangeable with Shaffer;

    B. Ram BOPs are made of high quality alloy steel, and rated for H2S service;

    C. Two sides of the body are arc-shaped which reduces stress concentration which the
    body endures;

    D. A sloped bottom allows debris to drain back into the well bore which reduces friction
    on the rams;

    E. Manual lock system complete with locking mechanism;

    F. Inner hydraulic piping design prevents damages from happening during transportation,
    operation or installation;

    G. Ram shaft seals adopt a lip type seals which can hold well pressure and operating
    pressure effectively and protect hydraulic oil from pollution;

    H. If the primary lip type seal fails, an emergency action could be implemented through
    the secondary seal system to hold the pressure;

    I. Different connections, specific side outlets and rams can be furnished upon customer’s
    request;
