Skyview Aviation, LLC was established 20 years ago. We boast

a partner network reaching over 40 countries worldwide
including Sweden, Denmark, India, Poland, Philippines, United
Arab Emirates, England, Australia, and many others.

Formerly at the Hayward Executive Airport, SkyView Aviation

now calls the Tracy Municipal Airport our home. With the
increased demand we have started aviation services at Byron
airport also. We are uniquely positioned to be able to
effectively serve all of Northern California and our international
customers. With a long term lease on the airport, we have a lot
of great expansions planned for the coming years!

Our team is made up of highly trained and qualified Certified Flight

Instructors, Mechanics, & Office Personnel who provide the best
customer service and knowledge to help serve you. With
backgrounds in the military, flight training programs, and
educations from various universities and colleges we are ready to
help you with all of your General Aviation needs!

students. We are authorized to issue I-20's for a M-1 visa

LOCATION

Skyview Aviation has 2 great locations in the HEART of California. Tracy & Byron airports are very scenic with the
Sierra Nevada mountain range to the east and San Francisco to the west. With over 320 days of sunshine each year,
Tracy and Byron have earned the reputation of being the "Best of the Best" locations when it comes to the ideal
location for flight training.

These locations are ideal for training as students are immediately in safe practice areas, not having to spend extra
time and money to fly out of congested airspace. There are many towered airports within close range to meet
training requirements in the most efficient way including instrument approaches. Skyview Aviation currently
operates from TRACY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT & BYRON AIRPORT.

Main Office is at the Tracy Municipal Airport (KTCY) which is just a 60 Miles East of San Francisco & South of
Sacramento.

Our 2nd location is at the Byron Airport (C83) which is also a 60 Miles from San Francisco & 18 miles from Tracy.

FLEET

Skyview fleet is composed of Cessna and Piper aircraft. We offer Cessna 152s, 172s conventional and G1000,
Piper Twin Comanche, and Piper Seneca for training.

Skyview has a fleet of over 13 aircraft and 1 flight simulators. We use Cessna 172s for our primary and instrument
training, Piper Arrow for our complex aircraft training, and Piper Twin Comanche/ Piper Seneca for our multi-engine
training.

We are expanding our fleet with Cessna 172s fitted with the Garmin G1000 Glass Cockpit to further increase our
ability to learn and to fly advanced avionics systems.

Because our rates are based off of hourly times, you only pay for what you have trained on that particular day. We

To help accommodate the schedules of our students & renters, we use an online based scheduling system. Each
student or renter has a unique log-in to access the schedule and can book instructors and flights at their
convenience.

Our staff has many years of experience in the aviation industry. Some having grown-up around aviation and others
having extensive military backgrounds. Our Instructors have a vast amount of knowledge and training including
working for major airlines as captain to help you in your goals to become a pilot !

Our fleet expands as needed and currently consists of 13 airplanes, 2 - Cessna 152, 9 - Cessna 172’s (including
G1000), 1 - Piper Arrow (complex), and 1 - Piper Twin Comanche. We also have a Fly the Sim Touch Trainer
Simulator.

Having in-house maintenance services allows us to keep our planes in top shape and helps minimize any down time
of our fleet.

We will assist you in securing housing best suited for your

budget. We will also assist you in locating a roommate, if
desired.
Most of our students live in shared housing, with one or two
other flight training students.
A two-bedroom, two-person shared apartment in Tracy,
California costs an average of USD $500-750 per month for
each student, including basic utilities.
Your housing will be within 2 mile of the airport. A bicycle
($150) or used car ($1,000-3,000) may be easily purchased for
transportation.
Other expenses include new or used furniture purchase and
health/life insurance. The cost of food and entertainment, etc.
will vary by the individual.

containerization services!

We have assisted hundreds of customers from all over the world

Now with over more than 1500 aircraft shipped in 20 years of Aircraft
Containerization.

engine aircraft, we ensure quality and safety of our
installations. Our systems are easy to operate with
