Key success factor for project deliverables according to


schedule is having the venue ready with signing the
Agreement. Payment in due dates is a key success factor in

Terms & Conditions

• All information released by "Malikia Resort" in the process of completing


this proposal or project will be handled as Strictly Confidential.
• In case the "Malikia Resort" decides to delay or put the project on hold,
then Atef.Siam will be paid for all the services that it has delivered.
• In case of any delay of deliverables from Atef.Siam side, the "Malikia
Resort" has the right to deduct 20% of the total amount.
• If you are in agreement with the above terms and conditions, work on this
assignment will commence as soon as we receive the first payment and
your signed copy of this document. This offer remains valid through 15
days, If you do not accept our offer by then, this proposal is not binding to
us, unless we agree, in writing, to extend the offer.
