Preparing for Prinergy web-based Training

Use the following information to set up an appropriate learning environment for your
upcoming Web-based training:

What to do 2-3 days before your session begins:


 Locate a quiet environment. No running
machinery or people conversing in the
background

 Set up two separate computer workstations


and a headset or speaker phone

o Presentation Workstation – The


instructor will present the training
material.
o Practice Workstation - You will take
control & remotely operate an iMac
workstation on our network

 Confirm that the workstations meets these


WebEx system requirements:
• Windows 7 32-bit/64-bit
• Windows 8 32-bit/64-bit
• Windows 10
• Mac 10.10 and later
 Test your WebEx connectivity for both
workstations from the following URL link:

meeting.html

 Additional notes

• You can use a mobile tablet in lieu of the


Presentation Workstation.
• Apple iOS - supports all major iPhones,
including the iPhone x, and all major
iPads.
• Android OS – support for Android OS
version 4.3 and later.
• Login details for the remote workstation
will be provided to you at the beginning of
the class.
What to do the day your session begins:
Presentation Workstation

 Launch a web browser and enter the website:


https://printacademy.kodak.com

 Log into the Kodak Print Academy using your


login credentials by selecting the green SIGN
IN button in the upper right corner.

 Select My Courses and Learning Plans from


menu icon located in the upper left corner.

 Click on your scheduled class.

 Click on the correct date for your class


 Click on JOIN THE WEBINAR button

 Enter the Session password.

 Enter your Email address

 Select your audio choice. We do not use video


and therefore no video connection needed.

Practice Workstation

 Launch a web browser and enter the


following website:
http://prinergy1.my.webex.com

 Wait for your instructor to provide you


with your Webex Meeting ID. The
instructor will guide you through the
process using the audio portion.
