 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The PGDM course offered by the Global Institute of Business Studies has its own unique syllabus
which requires its PGDM students to undertake an internship with any of the leading business
houses for a period ranging from 8 weeks to 10 weeks during the fourth trimester.

CoreEL Technologies was founded in the year of 1999. It is driven by innovation and a multi-

CG-CoreEL Programmable Solutions was incorporated in 1999 as an engineering design services

internal records, publications annual reports, journals, statutory report, official websites & others
etc.
 The data collected was properly analyzed to evaluate & enhance the data quality. The
analysis is done to identify the actual meaning of the data which helps in proper interpretation. Data

c. Limitations of the Study:

 There were difficulties in obtaining confidential data from executives & managers.
 An in-depth study of the company could not be carried out due to shortage of time.

well. So, the detailed analysis of financial performance of the company is not possible.
 The study is largely descriptive in nature. 

infrastructure.
 CoreEL can conduct a few entertainment programs on a monthly basis to get relief out of

functioning. It also helped in being familiar with the different departments of the organization &
