BMW’s mission statement is “to become the world’s leading provider of premium products and
premium services for individual mobility.”

vision statement is “to be the most successful premium manufacturer in the industry.”

Mission statement: We will inspire and create an exceptional place to work and to do business. One
employee, one customer, one vehicle at a time. Through our transparent atmosphere, premium auto
inventory, and individualized customer care, we create the luxury shopping experience that our
customers truly deserve.

Vision statement: Astorg Auto of Charleston holds a responsibility to foster an environment which
empowers employees, promotes innovation, relationships, and growth. We will continuously strive to
inspire consumer confidence by supplying a transparent atmosphere and offering a premium
automobile product with individualized customer care.

Comparison between BMW and MERCEDES

There is huge difference between BMW And MERCEDES. First of all we talk about the Mercedes Benz
they usually target upper class consumers aged 30-44 male, female and usually Business men/female
purchase this brand and who want a car with luxury level and high level end feeling. As they mention in
mission statement, we create the luxury shopping means Mercedes Benz car targets only rich people.
They donot produce low price vehicles as we know they only target rich peoples. And as for vision
statement they mention we will continuously strive to a inspire consumer by supplying a transparent
atmosphere and offering a premium automobile products. It means they target market usually upper
class customers and those who prioritize luxury things. And for BMW they also target upper class. And
as they mention is mission statement BMW has poisoned itself as a symbol of quality, technologically
advanced, high performance and exclusive automobile brand. The main audience of BMW is adult aged
25 to 35 and most of them they are male. It is designed for people who have class and wants all these in
one package.

Reliability To know which car brand is more reliable you may have to use it for the long term 5 or 8
years of usage each brand may have its own share of repair costs Mercedes cars have very advanced
complex technology that works with supplier parts. So, there could be a vast difference in the actual
design and the execution due to which there are many faults. A BMW could also have wear and tear
during the initial years and you may need to replace some expensive parts. In terms of reliability, both
brands are almost the same and do last longer than other economy brands.

Quality The quality of a car could be a mix of its fine interiors, posh exterior, safety, performance
features, etc. Both Mercedes and BMW stand out in a crowd and while some prefer the Mercedes looks,
the BMW has a class of its own. In terms of interiors, for smaller models, Mercedes has superior
interiors whereas, for larger cars, BMW wins over. Performance-wise a BMW may be better than a
Mercedes and opinions could differ as per the model you drive. For road safety, most consumers rely on
a BMW when they have an option.
Safety: when you drive a Mercedes-Benz or BMW model, you’ll be getting impressive advanced safety
technology. One of the biggest benefits of driving a Mercedes-Benz vehicle is having access to what’s
known as PRESAFE technology. With the Mercedes-Benz PRESAFE systems, your vehicle will
automatically apply your brakes when it senses an accident is about to occur. BMW models are all
available with the active safety systems that are now common in modern cars. These can include
systems like Lane Keep Assist and Blind Spot Monitoring. However, perhaps the best safety feature of a
BMW is in its design. BMW vehicles provide a safety body shell that provides a higher level of safety
during an accident For road safety, most consumers rely on a BMW when they have an option.
