Summary Session 1 : The introduction of the interview was given in the first video: what
happens, how is the interview, when does it happen and SPIP helps in the interview.how
many types of end interview can be done. I understand an interview is a formal meeting
between two people. The interview is conducted to ask questions and obtain information
from the interviewee. An Interviewer is the one who asks questions and an interviewee is
who answers the questions.The interviews are generally conducted to test the interviewee,
check their domain knowledge, examine their skills, scrutinise their behaviour and attitude,
and many other aspects that are required to fulfil organisational needs.

contact you to ask you a number of questions.

sure to listen to everything the interviewer says so you know which questions to ask them

improve the interview process.

1.Explain your thought process.
Walk them through your work as if you're telling them a story about your design career.
Make it conversational. Pause while presenting to ask if they have any questions for you.
Engage them in a dialogue as opposed to simply going through everything in one go.

Summary Session 4 :interview divided in two step first self preparation a self introduction
for interview, for instance, would comprise your name, your current designation and a few
experiences tied in with the job role. It can set you apart in a job interview, make you stand
out at a networking event and captivate the audience during a presentation. Your
introduction can be what gets your foot in the door. If you want to distinguish yourself in a
job interview, your introduction is your best shot.
