Summary Session 1 : The introduction of the interview was given in the first video: what
happens, how is the interview, when does it happen and SPIP helps in the interview.how
many types of end interview can be done. I understand an interview is a formal meeting
between two people. The interview is conducted to ask questions and obtain information
from the interviewee. An Interviewer is the one who asks questions and an interviewee is
who answers the questions.The interviews are generally conducted to test the interviewee,
check their domain knowledge, examine their skills, scrutinise their behaviour and attitude,
and many other aspects that are required to fulfil organisational needs.

The interview is conducted by type.

1.Pre-interview phone screening. For many positions, a human resources representative will
contact you to ask you a number of questions.
2.One-on-One interview.
3.Lunch interviews.
4.Panel interviews.
5.Group interviews.
6.Remote video interviews.
7.Competency interviews.

interview It's important that you appear refreshed and focused during your interview. Make
sure to listen to everything the interviewer says so you know which questions to ask them
and what information you should share with them. Make an effort to appear enthusiastic
about the position. Use active listening skills to show you're interested in what the
interviewer is saying.

Summary Session 3 :There is much debate by industry professionals on the best ways to
improve the interview process.
these steps to effectively answer questions about your decision-making abilities in an
interview and to plan your answers beforehand:
1.Explain your thought process.
Walk them through your work as if you're telling them a story about your design career.
Make it conversational. Pause while presenting to ask if they have any questions for you.
Engage them in a dialogue as opposed to simply going through everything in one go.

2.Speak positively about your former employers

Instead of offering negative input, direct your discussion on what you have gained from
previous work experiences and what you plan to do next. Companies prefer hiring problem
solvers who can overcome difficult situations.

3.Respect everyone you meet

Some interviewers ask for feedback from other staff members. This includes the front desk
staff, security personnel and others. Therefore, respect everyone you meet on the way to
the interview
4.Use facts to back up your answer.
5.Deliver your answer confidently.

Summary Session 4 :interview divided in two step first self preparation a self introduction
for interview, for instance, would comprise your name, your current designation and a few
experiences tied in with the job role. It can set you apart in a job interview, make you stand
out at a networking event and captivate the audience during a presentation. Your
introduction can be what gets your foot in the door. If you want to distinguish yourself in a
job interview, your introduction is your best shot.
