Constable Police ya sab hota ha

Karachi ka ilawa androna Sindh ka DPO (District Police Officer) sab sa bara hota ha or os ka under ma
SSP (Senior Superintendent of Police) hota ha

Traffic police ka bi yahe sab Nezam hota ha bas os ma 1 DIG (Deputy Inspector General of Police)
hota ha or os ka under SHO (Station House Officer) hota ha or bake sab kuch wesa he wota ha jasay
Police ma hota ha

Agar humein kase ka khilaf FIR (First Information Report) katwani ho or Police hamare FIR (First
Information Report) nahi kata to hum log ADJ (Additional District Judge) ka pass jay ga or application
daiyr kare ga (dafa 22-A) ka tahat or wo Police Station ma Concert Police SHO (Station House Officer) sa
report talab kare ga

os ka trial bi hota ha or ya sab sa chota Judge hota ha or FIR (First Information Report) bi ishe Judge ka
pass chalet ha
Agar kase ke FIR (First Information Report) kate ho to os ke bail application ADJ (Additional District
Judge) ka pass laga gi or ya JM (Judicial Magistrate) sa bara Judge hota ha or is ka trial JM (Judicial
Magistrate) ka pass ho ga or ADJ (Additional District Judge) ka kam sirf is ko bail dena ha bas or bail ka
bad sab kuch JM (Judicial Magistrate) ka pass chala ga

Agar koi masla hota ha to hum Apil ma jay ga or wo DJ (District Judge) ka pass chala gi or wo sab sa bara
Judge hota ha

Tamam DJ (District Judge) High Court ka under hote ha

Jab kase ke FIR (First Information Report) kate jate ha to usi Police Station ma 1 or deportment hota ha
investigation department jis ka head SIO (Senior Investigation Officer) hota ha or os ka under ma ASI
(Assistant Sub-Inspector) hota ha or wo usny FIR (First Information Report) mark karta ha ya pir
Inspector ko mark karta ha Wo ASI (Assistant Sub-Inspector) os FIR ka IO (Investigation Officer) kahlata
ha

IO (Investigation Officer) taftish mukamal kar ka on mulziman ko pakar kar Police Station ma band karta
ha or dosre din subah JM (Judicial Magistrate) ka pass adalat ma paish karta ha or remand ke request
karta ha 3 ya 14 din tak ka remand hota ha or os ko wapas Police Station la kar ajaty ha

Agar court ma IO (Investigation Officer) ka kahna par mulziman ko remand par nahi deya to wo Judge
mulziman ko JC (Jail Custody) kar da ga or mulziman ko jail ma band kar deya jay ga is ka bad case ka trail
ho ga or trail JM (Judicial Magistrate) ka pass ho ga or is ke saza ya jaza hone tak chalta rahe ga

Agar DJ (District Judge) ke koi compline ho to high court registrar ka pass ho gi or jitny bi Judge hota ha
on ke compline ho to wo DJ (District Judge) ka pass jay gi or DJ (District Judge) ke koi bi compline ho wo
high court registrar ka pass jay gi
