Poolcontrol Profi

Description

Fully automatic measuring and control system for pH and free chlorine (and optionally temperature). Potentiostatic chlorine
measurement with ASR electronic sensor cleaning ensures the precise and reliable control of swimming pool disinfection. The
Poolcontrol Profi is ideal for the smaller commercial pool, hydrotherapy or spa facility where comprehensive communication capabilities
are not required. The Profi also features two-way pH control as standard. The controller includes an alphanumeric LCD display and
additional status LEDs for easy recognition of ideal or High/Low alarm conditions. The controller is supplied pre-mounted and wired on a
PVC backboard, complete with measuring cell (choice of closed or open cell), electrodes, flow switch and sample water strainer, ready
for installation. Versions are available with high quality ‘dinodos start’ peristaltic dosing pumps ready mounted and wired (see overleaf
for system options). The Poolcontrol Profi comes with a two-year warranty (excluding electrodes).

Potentiostatic measurement of free chlorine

Dinotec played an important role in the introduction of this measuring procedure in the market. It is characterized by a maximum of
accuracy of measurement, selectivity and zero-point stability. Owing to a specific reference voltage, measurement of chlorine can be
carried out selectively, even in strongly calciferous water with changing salt content. The instrument features the ASR electronic probe
cleaning as standard, resulting in long operating intervals without re-calibration.

Poolcontrol Profi
Compact measuring and control unit with central microprocessor, 2- or 3-position controller. A
choice of two types of sample cell are available. All options are supplied pre-mounted and wired
on a PVC backboard.

Measuring Cell Options

Type P404 Vented Cell

Compact measuring cell for measurement of free chlorine, pH value, temperature and sample water
deficiency sensor. Electronic probe cleaning (patent pending). Integrated bypass system for time-
synchronous measurement of the hygiene parameters affords the highest possible accuracy. Easy
demounting of important functional components, simple visual control of functions.

Type P204 Inline closed cell (only for use with dedicated sample water pump)
The P204, accommodating 2 electrodes, combines many of the features of the P404, but offers the
possibility to return the measuring water with low pressure into the circulation system, if required.
Measuring water monitoring is an integrated part of the measuring cell system. ASR electronic
probe cleaning is included.
