    Dear Parent,
    Greetings!

    You are cordially invited with your family to our Annual Sports Day, scheduled on 04thDecember, 2022 from
    3.00 PM to 4.30 PM for Pre - Primary to Grade III, from 5.30 PM to 7.00 PM for Grade IV to Grade VI and from
    8.00 PM to 9.30 PM for Grade VII to XII.

    “Seize the day, take hold of it, and make it whatever you want.” Annual day is a platform to show case
    talent and efforts put in by the students to make it a successful event. Please come and join us in cheering
    their hard work and be a part of our celebration.

    1) On the day of the event students opting for school transport will be picked up 4 Hours later than their
    usual pick-up time. Own transport users are also requested to drop your ward by 12 noon at the
    school premises.

    2) Students are required to wear well laundered Sports Uniform, black socks and regular school shoes.

    3) We request you to send your ward with appropriate facial makeup applied, kindly note that only
    touch up will be done at school. All students must carry a comb, safety pins, cotton balls, cleansing
    milk, a small make – up kit. Hair should be freshly shampooed.

    4) Kindly send a bag with snacks, lunch, water bottles & napkin which should be labelled with student
    name, class, and section. Snacks will be provided in the evening by the school.

    5) Please refrain from meeting the students before and after their performance.

    6) Grade IV to Grade XII: Parents will be allowed to pick their ward from Skating Rink, when
    announced.

    NOTE:
    (1) Parent are requested to empty the premises after the event in which there ward is performing is
    over, to support us to organise for the next event.
    (2) Parents are not allowed to take photos & videos, as it might disturb other parents during the
    programme.
    (3) 5th December is a holiday for all.

    Transport for Participants: The buses of the respective routes will ply as follows:

    First Pick Up Point 11.00AM

    Destination (School) Will reach school by 12 noon (approx).

    Return Trip No Transport will be provided.
