GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION:

 This scholarship opportunity is only for meritorious students (residents of Sindh) currently studying in Grade 5
of the Schools of School Education & Literacy Department and Sindh Education Foundation.
 Please fill the application form properly with complete and correct information/ answers.
a. Completely filled in Admission Form, duly endorsed by the concerned Head Teacher (as per the
requirements contained therein) along with recent 02 passport size pictures and the original Fee
Challan must be submitted to the SIBA Testing Service (STS), Sukkur IBA University, Prof. Nisar
Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur , by courier or by hand. In case the submitted Registration Forms are not
duly filled in, and/or fail to meet the requisite criteria, such Form will be rejected.
 Please do not leave any field blank, otherwise your application may not be considered.
 In case of any omission or misrepresentation, SEF will not be responsible and reserves the right to reject the
Application at any stage.
 Applicants are required to keep the record of fee deposit slip/ challan.
 Submission of application form by hand/courier at SIBA Testing Service (STS), Sukkur IBA University,
Prof. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur.
 Entry Test Fee is non-refundable.
 Mobile phones or any electronic gadgets are not allowed in test center premises.
 Information about Roll No Slip will be provided by SMS, Website, Email, Face book.
 The Entry Test shall comprise of MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) only of Subjects including: English
(40%), Mathematics (40%) and General Science 20%).

 Finally, selected students’ parents will sign an undertaking with SEF that their son/daughter will continue
education up till Grade 12 under the Scholarship Program.
 Last date for submission of Admission Form is Thursday, May 20, 2021 latest by 5:00 pm.
All Registration forms must be submitted by this date.
