technologies, transforming the data centre and branch architecture to better support the
demands of digital transformation. We currently have a position for an experienced Third Line
Network & Security Support Engineer to become part of our highly talented Support Team.
You’ll have at least 3-4yrs experience as a Network & Security Support Engineer (Level-3) who is
comfortable triaging tickets at level-3 and working across both networking and security
technologies such as SDWAN, OSPF, BGP, firewall policy definition, web access and filtering and
cloud security.
It is beneficial that you have experience of vendor technologies such as Fortinet, Velocloud,
Silverpeak and Cisco. Any other vendor knowledge is highly advantageous and vendor training
will be provided to fill in any technical gaps.
Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team responsible for network and security infrastructure operations and
support across our customer’s network environments, performing tasks such as dealing with
network and security incidents, service requests and change requests. You will also:
