IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES


Candidates are advised to follow carefully the instructions given below:-
1. All the candidates who have applied for these posts are provisionally admitted for computer based examination. If found, at the time of
certificate verification, that the candidate does not possess the required qualifications as per the notification, his/her candidature will be
rejected.
2. Candidates shall produce their Hall Ticket at the Entrance of the Examination Centre and also in the Examination Hall/Room, failing which
the candidates will not be allowed to write the examination. The candidates shall sign the attendance sheet in the Examination Hall.
3. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the Test, after their credentials are verified by the centre officials and after frisking to ensure that
no prohibited articles are carried. (Purses, writing pads and handbags are also not allowed). At the Examination centre, the Authority will
not make any arrangements for safe custody of any articles/things carried by the candidates and they shall make their own arrangements.
4. The Hall Ticket must be presented for verification along with at least one original valid identification card i.e. Pass Port, Pan Card, Voter
ID, Aadhar Card, Govt. Employee ID or Driving Licence etc.,
5. There shall be one common test for the posts of Stenographer Grade-III, Junior Assistant, Typist and Field Assistant.
6. In respect of the candidates who applied for a particular category of post in more than one Judicial District, common examination
will be conducted. However his/her candidature (merit) for that category of post will be considered in all Judicial Districts where
they have applied.
7. If any candidate received the hall ticket without photo/too small photo/photo without signature, the candidate should bring 3 pass port
photos duly attested by the Gazetted Officer and hand over the same to the Invigilator in the examination hall, failing which the candidate will
not be admitted to the examination.
8. Candidates will be allowed in to the examination centre from the reporting time, as the candidates have to undergo certain procedural
formalities which are required for Computer Based Test. The test centre gates will be closed as per the mentioned above. No candidate
will be allowed to enter the Test Centre after closing of the gate.
9. The check-in procedure in the examination hall includes capturing the image and left thumb print. This is a security feature which will allow
authority to cross check the identify and also to prevent impersonation cases. Therefore, they are advised not to apply mehandi, ink etc on
their Hands/Feet. In case if the Biometric machine is not supported to obtain the impression due to technical reasons in the beginning of
examination, it would be taken at the end of the examination.
10. Candidates will be permitted to occupy their allotted seats as and when they completed the Bio-metric procedure and before the scheduled
time of the Examination. After completion of the Bio-metric, no candidate is allowed to leave the allotted Room/Hall.
11. Candidates are not allowed to bring any Electronic devices such as Mobile/Cell phones, programmable calculators, Tablets, I-pad,
Bluetooth, Pagers or any other device capable of interacting/programming to the examination centre. Any violation of the above leads to
disqualification of the candidature.
12. Candidates are expected to behave in orderly and disciplined manner while taking the examination. The candidature will be rejected in case
of impersonation/disorder/ Rowdy behaviour during examination. Necessary FIR for the incident will be lodged with concerned Police
Station apart from disqualifying the candidature. The Centre Chief Invigilator is duly authorized to take spot action in such cases.
13. Candidates are prohibited from communicating, consulting or conversing with other candidates in the Examination Hall or causing
disturbance in any manner whatsoever. Candidates are prohibited to borrow any item from other candidates in the Examination Hall. In case
of any disturbance, such candidates would be disqualified.
14. Frequent visits to toilet are not permitted. Candidates advised to use the toilet facility only in case of extreme necessity. If any candidate is
found to be indulged in discussions or malpractice near the toilets or corridors of any other places, they would be disqualified.
15. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till completion of the schedule time. If any candidate leaves the examination
hall in the middle, he would be disqualified. If there is any problem with computer system, the candidate must intimate the same to the
invigilator and wait till the defect is rectified and the candidate must not use system of other. In case of any violation, the candidatures will be
disqualified.
16. Candidates are requested to remain in their seat and not to glance in to the computer other than the one allotted to the candidate. If any
candidate or candidates are found to be peeping or glancing in to computer of other candidates, they would be disqualified.
17. The total duration of the examination is 90 minutes. In respect of General Knowledge subject, the question paper will be in English
and Telugu languages. In Case of ambiguity, the English version shall be treated as final.
18. The candidates who opted for scribe are requested to approach the centre incharge after reporting at the examination hall. However the
provision of scribe will be discretion of the centre incharge.
19. Violation of any of the instructions may lead to invalidation of candidature besides penal action.
