Lisa felt disappointed during her first few weeks dur to following reasons:
Linton: On the first day Linton mentioned that she does not like MBA’s as they act
like they know a lot more than they do. She did not feel welcomed during orientation.
Scoville: He gave Benton menial jobs because of his poor planning and he was
rude and he acted like condescending big brother when he took Benton out to lunch
on the first day.

1. When Scoville and Benton had an argument, Scoville went to Linton, and she yelled at her.

with herself and resulting in neglecting her team members as it can been shown that Linton
was supposed to take Benton for lunch on the first day and she took her to lunch after three
months on her first performance evaluation.
