HEALTH

Health is a state of complete physical, social and mental wellbeing and not just the absence of disease.
It is thus a level of general condition of persons mind, body and spirit which is free from illness,
injury and pain. A healthy person can function up to his capacity without any difficulty. The elements
of good health are physical and mental fitness. If both are maintained, a person will enjoy a better life.
Good health helps us to handle stress and curb the increasing pressures. Healthy person can enjoy all
pleasures of life. Good health is a matter of great concern, to maintain it, healthy living and a
disciplined life is a must. One of the best ways is to drink plenty of water as it reduces the risk of
infection, keeps your skin healthy, reduces the risk of heart attack, burns body fat and regulates our
body temperature. We should sleep well as it relaxes our body and reduces stress. Starting each day
with some free-hand exercise like jogging or running ensures proper blood circulation in the body.
One must eat balanced diet, hygienic food and keep oneself neat and clean. Cleanliness is the sign of
good health. The surroundings and environment play an important role in maintaining good health,
one must keep the surroundings clean.
For the development of human health number of activities are being carried out. Outreach programs
are important tools for bringing health education and screening services directly to community
members and serve to contribute to reducing health disparities. Health outreach programs play a
critical role in improving and extending the reach of health care through activities such as health
education, case management, basic health screening, and facilitating access to services. These
activities can directly and indirectly improve health outcomes of individuals and communities.
Outreach services can also increase the quality of care provided in remote areas. They assist hospitals
to reach goals for promoting accessible and equitable care. It includes practical recommendations for
decision makers to keep communities and health workers safe, to sustain essential service at
community level and to ensure an effective response. They also encourage people to engage in
healthy lifestyles, be active participants in health care and educate themselves about various diseases.

on the quality of care. Outreach initiatives can frequently be targeted at particular demographics or
subsectors within a population, aiming to positively impact the health of underserved groups. They

All we need is a healthy lifestyle to build up a healthy immune system and to avoid disease. Most of
the health issues are just because of changing lifestyle. By educating ourselves at young age regarding
healthy diet and exercise we can decrease most of our health issues. A healthy diet includes
appropriate servings of fruits, meat, dairy products and vegetables. Our motto should be to keep our
body clean in order to remain healthy. We must laugh more as laughing is a therapy and a secret of
good health. Yoga can be a very healthy way of taking your mind off hectic schedules. Maintaining a
healthy lifestyle is essential for staying in good shape and enjoying good health. Apart from eating
nutritious food, one should also get enough sleep and exercise daily to maintain health. It is also
necessary to surround yourself with people who bring positivity and encourage you to bring out your
best instead of pulling you down. In addition to being socially active and maintaining good relations
with people, it is also necessary to look within. Playing sports with your buddies will help you relax
and de-stress. You can also take a walk in the park and enjoy the greenery. Avoid spending more time
on the screen and try to develop a hobby that suits you. In this way, you can become happier and stay
healthier. Keep exercising physically and mentally to remain fit and enjoy good health and longer life.
