 Shall be responsible for keeping a Check on the cash balances for all the
Clients and Communicating Intra Day Trading Calls and investment ideas to
Customers. Also responsible to regularly update details on Software –Odin
and Reliance Power Trade.
 Responsible for servicing the Customers through Voice, E-mail and Chat.
 Disseminate Calls and Tips to the Clients. Update Clients on Pay in and Pay
out. and persuade the assigned customers who have not been actively trading
or not yet initiated trading to trade.
 To gauge the disposable income for the Client and advice them on daily
Stock Market movement. Collecting Cheques from Clients for them Debit.
 Handled Back Office operation after market hours.
 Handle Clients problems regarding software and Trading. and To handle a
part of risk management of the Client as well as the Company by updating

trade positions and also any new recommendations provided by the research
department.
