Topic 1
This survey indicates I am bodily kinesthetic learner. I like learning skills for some sports which
includes cricket and football. I love to challenge other teams to play a game of cricket and football in
contest to win. I am visual learner as I learn effectively by watching videos. looking at pictures and
other educational informative which includes charts and graphs. This helps me to picture things in
my mind which makes my memory retention strong. I am also logical and mathematical learner
as I love solving mathematical problems and operations, without using calculator.
Which learning tools and teaching methods do you enjoy the most? Give reasons for your answer.
I enjoy watching visuals which includes images, charts and short videos on projector as it catches my
attention and helps me to be focused in classrooms. I also enjoy solving mathematical operations on Internet
including algebra and quadratics as it helps me to practice for my mathematical assessments. Other than this, I
also love to watch documentaries on YouTube for my assessments. I like to watch short videos on YouTube
for learning techniques and certain skills to play any sport. I also watch videos on YouTube for solving some
mathematical operations and problems. Beside this, I love to play sports games as this helps me to be active
and remain fit.
I least like reading books because I have poor reading skills and I find it difficult to have my attention.
Sometimes, reading is very difficult for me when, word usage and language used is very advanced. I am
also, uninterested sometimes, when I read books of not my interest. Also, I get distracted easily sometimes by
noise and crowd which is why I least like reading.

Skills I used in Topic 2.
I used note-taking skills. I learned new note taking methods which I was not aware of which includes; the
Cornell method, Mapping method and Charting method. I also used organisation skills to organise my
notes in a proper file, according to the date. For organisation, I used different colors for Headings to make
my headings look different from the main body text. I also ensured I write my heading with blue color and
the notes with black color to make my notes look different from the headings.
Reasons why I think I was successful / unsuccessful.

I was successful because I was active in my classes and ready for my assessments. This provided me a
sense to achieve my note taking and presentation skills. I always asked my teacher for advices and made
improvements gradually. I also made sure my attendance was best and I didn’t miss my classes.
Changes/improvements I need to make. How will these changes benefit me?
I need to practice note taking skills at home using, variety of note taking methods as this practice will
prepare me for SCS task B. Not only this, it will prepare me in future for accounting as, I am planning to
become an accountant, who uses note taking skill to record the data of a business organisation and he
evaluates the performance of a business based on the data collected but he uses different note-taking
methods where, he is required to record the data of a business organisation in a table.
