Dialogflow Knowledge Base and Agent Assist
To get suggestions from Google Agent Assist, you must create a virtual agent and a knowledge base containing
your uploaded documents and configure a conversation profile. You can perform these actions using the Agent
Assist Console or call the Google APIs directly. In this lab you will use Agent Assist.
Step 1. Navigate to https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com and log in with the same Google account you used to
create the Google Project.

Note: if you receive an error while creating the document, ignore it and continue creating a conversation profile.
A conversation is a resource that represents an exchange between two or more participants. Each conversation
is created using a conversation profile. Each conversation profile, in turn, contains a set of parameters that
control the suggestions provided to the finesse agent during a conversation. You can create a conversation
profile either by using the Agent Assist Console or by calling the API directly. In this lab, you will use the Agent
Assist Console.
