IDENTIFY AT LEAST THREE AUDIT PROCEDURES FOR REVIEW AND TESTS OF

COMPLIANCE FOR SOUND PERSONNEL PRACTICES.

These are the three audit procedures for sound personnel practices such as recruitment,training

and career development and performance appraisal or evaluation .

a) Recruitment- it emphasizes the procedure that must be followed by financial intermediaries

when they hired people and when it comes to this,it is very important to know their previous

employment and credit references.The entity or organization must ensured that they employed

men with honestly and integrity for the overall benefit of the company.

b) Training and Career Development- it focuses on the training of it's employees in order to

attained ultimate efficiency in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.The employees

are also required to improve themselves and dedicate oneself to the organization while the

management responsibility is to provide them the assurance on their salaries and benefits

especially deserving personnel to be transferred into higher positions. Therefore, there must be

good communication between the management and employees in order to discuss changes and

vital issues.

c) Performance appraisal or evaluation- it emphasizes that all employees are different when it

comes to their talents , personalities and potentials which can be considered in evaluating their

performance .This can be done by providing feedback to the personal performance,measuring his

potential value,growth and advances . Management can track their employees performance by

setting targets for every position which can be the basis in assessing all their performance.
Overall,all these three audit procedures for sound personnel practices help the organization when

it comes to their fixed policies that employees must follow in order to set the standards of the

firm or organization.
