Diffusion
- the procedure of movement of molecules underneath a concentration gradient. It is
indeed a significant mechanism that exists throughout all living beings. Diffusion
assists throughout the flow of substances into or out of the cells. That molecules shift
from either a higher-concentration region to a lower-concentration region till the
whole concentration appears equal.
Colloids
- are just a mixture where one of the substances is separated into some very tiny
particles that are distributed in such a second material. Colloidal particles are
considered minute particles. Alternatively, we could also assume the colloids were
essentially formulations ranging from 1 nm to 1000 nm with solute particle size.
Throughout nature, colloids become heterogeneous.
Net diffusion
- would be when the flow with one direction of a solvent particle is greater than in the
flow throughout the opposite direction of a solvent particle.
Dialysis
- is the method of extracting wastes and extra fluid from its body. Dialysis is required
whenever the kidneys are unable to process enough blood properly.
