This is to certify that we the undersigned have witnessed the hydrostatic pressure test of
Liquefied Petroleum Gas Liquid pipelines installed at the close of LPG storage T anks area of
LPG Filling Plant, situated at MORGAH RAWALPINDI.

Date of Pressure test

Test Medium : Water

Test Pressures . 525 PSI

Pipe line Dia : 2", 3" & 4"

Line Groups

1. Bowzer off loading to storage tank.

2. Storage tank to discharge pump.

3. Discharge pump to bottle filling shed .

Hydrostatic Pressure Test

The pipelines of liquid were subject to hydrostatic pressure test for period of 60 Minutes. All
the pipelines held tight at applied pressure. NO seepage or leakage was found at the time of
hydrostatic test.
