Intro:

Good evening! First and foremost, I would like to extend my appreciation to our beloved Mayor Hon.
Elisa De la Cruz Cadingan, SB Member Hon. Eva Almosa, women’s federation president Hon. Feb Cazon, our
guest speaker for today – Sir, to our equally respected Punong Barangay Hon. Roy Golle, to my fellow
kagawads, to everyone gathered here today especially to the beautiful and brave Juanas of District III, thank
you for your presence.
This year’s Women’s Month celebration serves as a tribute, a platform and a call to action that
highlights the extraordinary roles of ordinary Juanas in the society as agents of change. Our theme, JUANA
LABAN SA PANDEMYA: KAYA highlights women’s participation in battling the pandemic as well as discusses
gender issues exacerbated by the pandemic.
And today, here in Barangay District III, we are gathered to celebrate the women in our community
and in our lives.

Prayer & Nat.’l Anthem:


So without further ado, let us start our program. May I invite everyone to please stand for the
invocation to be lead by Ms. Loresa Lutchavez and please remain standing for the national anthem to be
played by the sound system.

Welcome Lines:
To officially welcome us, we are pleased to have our active Punong Barangay Hon. Roy Golle to
deliver his welcome lines.. A round of applause please

…….Thank you Kap for that warm welcome.


Message:
And now may I call, our small but terrible brgy. women’s association president, to give us a message.
Let’s give it up for Mrs. Ana Maria “Mamang” Bonay-og.

….thank you Mang for that unprepared message yet heartily given.
Guest Speaker:
According to Hillary Clinton, ”Human rights are women’s rights, and women’s rights are human
rights.” Women’s Rights on Violence Against Women and their Children is a subject that we must be deeply
interested because women have the right to fight for themselves, for their children and for their rights as
humans. Everyone is deserving of respect including women. Now to give us more awareness and information
about these it is a great pleasure for me to introduce our guest speaker for today who is very
knowledgeable in the field of Gender and Development, a born Hinundayanon, put yor hands together for
Mr. Anastacio Lagumbay, Jr.

…..Thank you so much Sir for all the information you have given to us. May all of these help and inspire the
women here to use their voice, break the barriers, fight for their rights and allow change to work for
themselves.

Inspirational Talk:
Now, we are lucky to have here our very own mayor, a leader Juana full of grace and beauty who will
give our women a helping hand for their concerns and issues… Put your hands together for Hon. Mayor Elisa
De la Cruz Cadingan her message.
……Thank you Madam Mayor for that heart-warming and encouraging support and care to all the women of
Hinundayan.

Presentation #:
Mga Juanas of District III, Okay pa ba mo? >>>>> Better be because the next part of the program is
our presentation number, a dance performance called ZUMBA FOR LIFE featuring Retro Music. A big round
of applause please……
