Receptionist: Good afternoon Miss, Do you want to check out now?


Guest: Good afternoon, Yes I would like to check out
Receptionist: May I know your name and your room number?
Guest: My name is Gina and my room number is 171
Receptionist: Well Miss, Please wait a moment, I’ll check it
Guest: Alright
Receptionist: Well Miss, room booked from April 23rd until 27th. Is that correct?
Guest: Yes
Receptionist: May I have your key card please?
Guest: Here you are
Receptionist: Thank you. How was your stay Miss?
Guest: It was bad, the room service is really slow. I’ve never waited for my meal to come longer
than 30 minutes before and I disappointed with the bathroom because it is dirty
Receptionist: We’re really sorry for the inconvenience, We will convey your problem to the
hotel management in order to improve our quality and service
Guest: Ok, no problem
Receptionist: Did you have anything from the minibar?
Guest: Yes, I took two 2 types of snacks from the minibar
Receptionist: Well Miss, please wait a minute, I will print the Folio
Guest: Alright
Receptionist: Here is the Folio, please check it Miss
Guest: Everything was correct
Receptionist: Would you like to use the same credit card you left upon check in? or How will
you settle the payment?
Guest: Yes please, I want to use the same credit card or by credit card

Guest: Sure, here you are
