Optiz Code

The Opitz coding system is a rendering system used to specify product design details for manufacturing. Opitz Coding System
Opitz is a rendering system that used to identify the
products confines, Accuracy, Material, Original shape of
raw materiality. Opitz is the one of extensively used
rendering bracket system to specify the design of the
product to manufacturing.
This system is designed and developed by. Opitz.
For chancing the data of product, it uses nine figures
which is 123456789 and for any fresh demand it uses four
further integers like ABCD.
All these canons are used to divide into different groups
and used to find different parcels.
By using five figures 12345 which are known as form law
used to identify the geometrical data and another four
integers 6789 are known as supplementary canons to get
the find the manufacturing data, and for the farther
process, we use ABCD called secondary canons to get the
information related to the operation process.
Opitz system is used to collect the needed data from
manufacturing unit and from design of product. To collect
the complete information related to a product the given
integers is divided to specify the products details like Raw
material, Shape, confines, Material, Machining processed.
To relating the complete information related to product
from raw material to manufacturing it includes numerous
ways like design, cutting, finishing etc.

Opitz used to calculate all the information and identify


the crimes related to the product.
Advantages of Opitz law system
This is a type of guarding system used in rendering
system. It gives about a complete bracket in this
working system This type of system is useful in any type
of workshop like machining, examination. This system
used to corroborate total manufacturing process
Disadvantages of Opitz law system
Every separate process includes a different canon, it
doesn't contain a single common law in it. This isn't so
useful at different types of products in a manufacturing
unit.
