Be a part of the Digital Marketing Operations team that is leading the managed services arm of
Accenture. We power our clients’ business through the integration of insights, data, and technology. We
are focused on activating and scaling the best brand experiences to deliver breakthrough marketing-led

hire passionate and innovative leaders in Marketing Operations with deep domain expertise in digital
marketing, primarily end-to-end Google Ads delivering cutting edge marketing services across a range of
clients and industries, bringing with them strong operations acumen and transformative leadership.
The campaign management team focuses on planning, executing, tracking, and analysis of direct Google
Ads campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign from inception
JOB PURPOSE to launch to the evaluation of results. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns using KPI/ROI calculations. This Channel requires a best understanding of digital
marketing and technologies like Google Ads, Automation, MS Office, etc
DUTIES AND ● Create reports/basic presentations/standard templated analysis to support or aid the
RESPONSIBILITIES optimization/incremental opportunity strategies/ market benchmarking. Deliver on clients’
request, by scrubbing the data, converting it into meaningful reports as per the set format and
presenting to stakeholders via calls/conferences/emails wherever needed.
● Support implementation and optimization for Google’s Programmatic monetization and
Platform solutions.
● Troubleshoot account issues where required and provide account administration support.
● Identify and contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions to increase
operational efficiencies.
● Perform other administrative and operational role-related tasks.
● Provide excellent customer service to Account Managers from EMEA, AMER and APAC in the
market. Effectively interact with account teams where needed.
● Bring in strong commitment to keep oneself updated with latest product knowledge, product
updates, process updates and be instrumental in scaling best practices and insights.
● Meet/Exceed internal/ external SLAs including Quality, Timeliness, Productivity etc.
Digital Marketing – Google Ads
Proficiency in Google Ads account end-to-end optimization including new keyword generation,
ad creation, ad optimization, keyword optimization, KPI based optimization across the networks
Report the performance metrics of campaigns
SKILLS REQUIRED Performance analysis basis on goal
DEFINATION Google Ads Certification - Fundamentals + Advanced Search/ Display/

Managed large accounts for US/European clients
Proficient on MS Excel and PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM
EXPERIENCE 5+ years (Level 10)
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum graduate degree with a strong academic record from recognized colleges/university
5+ year of SEM experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads)
Worked on Campaign end-to-end Optimization, Keywords Analysis, Keyword Research,
PREFERRED
Reporting and Analysis, and Account Audit
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in developing search marketing campaigns for advertisers in North America
REQUIREMENTS
Recommended strategies and suggestions on improving clients’ campaign performance
Demonstrated proficiency with written & spoken English
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
