1.0 PURPOSE
Vehicle Pass Sticker System implementation and the corresponding penalty.

2.0 STICKER SYSTEM FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION THIS YEAR 2020


To monitor security in the subdivision, we have implemented vehicle pass sticker renewal. Stickers are available at
the HOA Office. Kindly bring the needed requirements such as: OR / CR number, the corresponding fees (P200 for
cars and P75 for motorcycles), and your vehicle. Stickers are limited to one (1) car and one (1) motorcycle per house-
unit, subject to exceptions if conditions are complied such as guaranteed parking spaces for your vehicles which do
not violate our parking rules.

2.1 DEADLINE FOR PURCHASING 2020 VEHICLE PASS STICKERS


Initially, the deadline for the purchase of 2020 Vehicle Pass Stickers was set last 15 January 2020. The deadline was
extended due to the request of some homeowners. You now have until 26 JANUARY 2020 (SUNDAY) to get your
2020 Sticker Pass to avoid the corresponding penalty. Starting 27 January 2020, vehicles with no sticker pass will be
subject to a penalty as stated in the proceeding section.

2.2 PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE


To be fair with those who complied with the 2020 Sticker Pass, and for purposes of enhanced subdivision security,
on 27 January 2020 the payment of P5.00 penalty for non-acquisition of the HOA Vehicle Pass Sticker will be strictly
implemented.

2.3 P5.00 PENALTY FOR THOSE WITHOUT STICKERS


Starting 27 January 2020 (MONDAY), vehicles with no stickers will pay P5.00 for every entry to the subdivision
premises per day.

2.4 LEAVE YOUR IDs


During the main gate closure between 10pm-5am, vehicles with no sticker pass will be asked to LEAVE an I.D. to the
Security Guards as a pre-condition to enter the subdivision. ID’s may be claimed at the HOA Office the next day for
verification. The resident-homeowner will then be required to purchase the 2020 Vehicle Pass Sticker before the
releasing of the IDs.

2.5 FOR VISITORS


All resident-homeowners is required to give an ADVANCE NOTICE to the Security Guards that visitors will be coming.
Failing to inform the guards ahead of time, the visitor will be required to leave an ID to the Security Guards before
they are allowed entry.

2.2 ID SYSTEM FOR COMMUTERS


For easy access and convenience, the HOA will be giving a DECA-5 ID for commuters. Commuters who do not have
IDs will be required to log-in, except for those found in our Masterlist / Database. Each homeowner will be given ONE I.D. per
Unit to be used as a security pass for the commuters. The DECA-5 ID is available at the HOA Office for FREE. This IDs are
useful to the following:
1)Homeowner Commuters who work on night shifts;
2)Homeowner Commuters who have students with night classes.

2.3 DECA 5 HOMEOWNERS’ DATABASE


HOA is enjoining everyone to fill-in the necessary information in the Inventory Form. For those who have not
submitted yet, to avoid inconveniences kindly visit the office and submit the duly filled-out forms. On the Inventory form,
please include the names of your household members for proper identification. Rest assured that HOA observes STRICT
CONFIDENTIALITY on this information – all sensitive information will not be disclosed to anyone without your prior consent.

2.4 ALL HABAL-HABAL DRIVERS AND OUTSIDER TRISIKAD WILL BE BARRED FROM ENTERING THE SUBDIVISION
All habal-habal drivers will not be allowed entry from 10pm-4am. Based on reports, habal-habal drivers are used as
look outs for criminal intents/activities. This include trisikad drivers from outside. Please be advised that our subdivision
trisikad drivers are stationed in our main entrance gates during these hours to provide transport services to your homes.
