    Information Communication Technology is excellently an immeasurable resource, and this is an important tool
    needed for the development of all sphere of life. The speedy development of information communication technology,
    digitalization of information, availability of e-resources and increasing demand of users has changed the entire scenario
    of libraries in present era. The information and communication technology have also transported the drastic change
    in traditional method of information collecting, storage, retrieval and dissemination. Libraries are applying ICT in
    their all operations to satisfying the information needs of the users. After successful publication of 9 volumes of
    JLICT, now we are publishing Vol. 10 No. 1 issue of JLICT. This issue of this volume 10, No 1 of JLICT includes
