1. What is your current image in the marketplace?


• How are place perceived by your costumes
• Is this accurate?

-People's Park Tagaytay is actually a good place for people to rest and find comfort during
stressing times. Tourists find it as a comfortable place to bond with others. It is a good place to
see lots of beautiful sceneries every once in a while. Thus, the park has a good status and
competitive advantage over their rival competitors.

2. What would you like your image to be in the workplace


-The park actually aims to become the leading park in the industry. It aims to have continuous
improvements and developments in order to better serve the customers. It desires to gain more
advantages that they can use to position themselves for the better in the market. Therefore,
prioritizing the development of the park is the main goal that can redound to the benefits of
people.

3. Will everything in your organization consistently represent the image you want to
project?
• Employee behavior
• Place of business atmosphere
• Printed communication

-Yes, everything in the organization really portrays the goal of the park. It is because all aspects
of business operations are carefully planned. They are being linked and connected to the
mission and vision of the park especially employee behavior, the way of communicating with
each other and many more. Hence, for every action and decision that is being done in the
organization is for the fulfillment of its promises to the people.

4. What type of costumes are you targeting with current marketing efforts?
-Actually, everyone is being the primary target of the park. Regardless of their age, gender, and
social status, they can avail the services of the park. Everyone is welcome to the park and
included in the organization's target. Therefore, the organization does not have any bias or
prejudice when it comes to choosing their target market.

5. How are leads followed up?


- The leads understand that their marketing operations should be improved. Since there is a
proliferation of technologies, it must be used for the welfare of the organization. The
organization must use the social media platforms to better promote and introduce the park to
people especially the younger generations. Thus, the leads are formulating plans and strategies
that are related to their modern concepts.

- People getting new business is sometimes a result of having failed business in the past. It is
because a new business means failure in the past. You will not be brave in creating new
business if you will not have any lessons from the past. Therefore, people can incorporate their
acquired knowledge from the past to their new business.

-People can get repeated business by having continuous operation of their present business. It
illustrates that the business can withstand all the challenges that they need to overcome. This
means that the business is experiencing current success. This results to repeated business that
has a goal of gaining more competitive advantage in the industry.

8. What is the source of your most productive referrals?are you doing everything
you can to manage that source(s)?
-The most productive referrals that the business has is the previous customers of the park.
Because of the experiences of the previous customers, they share it to others. Others will be
informed about the good things and features of the park. Thereby, aside from any other kind of
marketing promotion, word of mouth referral is the best of its kind

Your promotional strategy consists of blending and using each of the following
components to the same end --- that is, with the same message

-The message features all the needs and wants of the customers. Apparently, it does not
involve the things that the business wants to hear from their customers. This is to show that they
are prioritizing the sake and welfare of the customers at all times. Through this, they can create
not just potential customers, but also loyal ones.

-The business has a great promotional and marketing strategy. It is because it has interesing
features that attract people. There are lots of people who are having interest on it which cause
them to take action about it. Thus, it has good and great promotional and marketing strategies
following the AIDA model.

A. Advertising
-The business has been using social media platforms to promote the park. It is maximizing the
purpose of these platforms for the betterment of their advertising strategy. It is apparent that
social media platforms can easily reach of people in just a few minutes. It would be good to be
utilized in adverising better the business to others.

B. Personal Selling
-The business has been talking to many organizations that can become their customers. They
talk to organizations inviting them to avail their services if they are having company outing or
outdoor activities. They also invite other individuals who can become their potential customers.
Personal communication and engagement are the main keys in advertising their business.

C. Sales promotion (coupons, freebies , name recognition, etc.)


-Sales Promotion The business usually issues sales coupon to people. If the customers are
composed of group of people, they can avail a discount from the business. There are also some
freebies such as souveniers that can please more potential customers. Thus, this is also an
effecive strategy for them in introducing their business

D. Publicity and public relations


The business has some partners with other organizations. They are having a deal wherein each
one of them is gaining benefits from one another. This is a win-win situation for them especially
that there are things that they can offer to each other. Usually a service is being offered in
exchange of another service.

marketing strategies. In advertising their business, the benefits that they can get are being

also incorporated their the benefits that people can get are also featured. Thus, the business is
introducing not just the aspects of the business but as well as the benefits associated with it.

- Yes, the audience of the business' social media platforms match their target market. It is
because technically speaking, everyone or anyone is the target market of the business. As long
