1. The product supplied is manufactured in accordance with the specification laid down in relevant SS EN standards as well as the current SS EN
206. We undertake to supply product only to the cube strength and slump specified on the delivery order. All sampling, curing and testing of
the product, fresh or hardened, must be carried out in accordance with the latest BS EN standards as well as the current EN 12390. All Testing
Agencies shall be recognised, mutually agreed and acceptable to both Purchaser and Supplier.
2. Checking of concrete slump for acceptance must be done at the time of Mixer Truck's arrival. The Supplier shall not be responsible for the
slump, strength and quality of the product if it is added with water or any other materials by the Purchaser or his agent.
3. The Supplier will not guarantee the compressive strength of the cube sample if the sample has been taken from truck load of less than 3 cubic
metres delivery and/or when the sample is not prepared by our quality technician.
4. The Product must be used within two (2) hours of the batch time as recorded on the delivery order.
5. As the Supplier does not control over the usage, placing and handling of the Product after discharge, the Supplier's guarantee shall not extend
to the strength and integrity of the finished concrete insitu.
6. Acceptance of strength shall be based on the compressive cube strength at 28 days for the grade of concrete shown on the delivery order.
Provided all the above clauses are complied with and in the event of non-compliance of the cube strength results, the Supplier will bear the
cost of NDT tests to determine the insitu strength; and if required the Supplier will supply concrete of similar grade and quantity for
replacement of the defective concrete.
7. All deliveries are made to the kerb side and no responsibility is accepted for damage done to the property when truck is directed onto private
property.
8. The Supplier reserves the right to invoice based on Total Progressive quantity delivered even if any of the delivery order is being misplaced by
the Purchaser or his agent during the supply.
9. All concrete supplied shall be deemed to have satisfied the specified requirement of the Purchaser unless written notice is given to the
Supplier within 7 days of delivery.
10. The concrete batching plant mentioned in this delivery order is certified in accordance with SS EN 206 and SS 544-1 1 & 2.
