Self-centeredness is a negative trait where an individual wants to be alone, feels insecure and judged in groups, and thinks negatively of themselves. Those who are self-centered often experienced emotional neglect, such as a mother experiencing distress during pregnancy. However, self-centeredness can be countered through practices of love, mindfulness, self-compassion, and recalling feelings of being loved in order to infuse one's consciousness with love and healing.

SELF-CENTERED
Self-Centered is a negative character trait of an individual. He wanted to be always alone.
He doesn’t like to mingle with anybody, feeling that he is not accepted and judged in the group. He always think negative whenever he is with anybody. He always feel insecure. He thinks he cannot do anything by himself. He thinks he will not be pleased with his actions/doings. He thinks he is alone, not loved and nobody listens to him. He peels that all eyes looking at him, thinking negative on him. Most individuals who are suffering self centered are tho5tyse who are emotionally neglected. Maybe when her mother got pregnant she experienced distress that’s why her child adopted the reality of being self centered. Through the practices of love and mindfulness you can counter self-centeredness. You have to let go of negative meditations about the past and anxious meditations about the future. Devote yourself to loving yourself. Self-Compassion is healing. Blend it with self-affirmations. When in pain, say sorry to yourself and say I love you….. be very kind to yourself. You have to recall when you felt loved. Do this over and over repeatedly. Infuse your consciousness with love. It says, “Love Heals.”
