With a case of robbery with frustrated homicide with entry no. 2021-02 dated January 15,
2016

2. Request be informed that on or about 11 PM of January 15, 2021, the house of Juan T.
Nangkad, 48 years old,a resident of Barangay Bulala Camalaniugan Cagayan, a business
man , and a widow was been robbed. According to Mr. Nangkad he woke up around 11
PM to have some water on his kitchen , and he was surprised when he saw 5 men who he
can’t identified because they are wearing face mask, was armed with knife and they have
a black sock with them. He tried to conceal himself but he accidentally tripped a vase ,
the noise of the vase caused the robbers to notice him. This then, they capture him, tied
him and he was put in one of the corner in the kitchen. One of the robbers stabbed him on
his stomach before they immediately escape on the crime scene. He reached his phone on
his pocket and dialed Camalaniugan Police Hotline. According to Police Inspector
Talosig, who responded on the crime, Mr. Nangkad was on his critical condition that time
because of the wound he got from the robbers. He found out that the escape route of the
robbers are the door that also found out that the door knob was forcibly opened.

1. Reference: Spot report of Frustrated Murder with entry number 02- 0221-2021.

2. Request be informed that a Frustrated Murder was been reported here at Camalaniugan
Police Station. That on or about 6 o’clock in the evening of February 14, 2021, John D.
Yan, 19 years old, resident of Barangay Agusi, Camalaniugan, Cagayan, a college
student, was stabbed in his right arm. According to him, he was stabbed by Juan T.
Tudok, 25 years old, residence of Barangay Sapping, Camalaniugan, Cagayan because of
being jealous for having his ex as his present girlfriend.

Report dated October 25-2015 Barangay talisay, Gingoog City

2. On or about 9:00 o’clock In the morning of October 25, 2021 a shooting incident
transpired at purok 3 Barangay talisay Gingoog City. The victim was identified as
Oliver Albaotso, 29 years old, married, and a resident of Barangay talisay, Gingoog
City. Was shot dead by the suspect lark Matsomoto, 23 years old, single a resident of
the same place. Albaotso have a drinking session with hacot until they have an an
argument which result to the incident.

Abuyuan, 36 years old married, laborer, and a resident of so, Hanawa, Barangay
Matangcong, Sigma, Capiz. Was shot by the suspect Roldan Batario, 57 years old a
resident of the same place. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different
parts of the body.

II. DETAIL

2. Upon receipt of the report of the chief of the Patrol Section, the herein
investigator was dispatched by the duty officer, Police Lieutenant Sunshine L. Talosig to
conduct investigation on the case Reckless imprudence resulting Damage Property,
whose suspect is Kawasaki Napa Taray, 32 years old, a resident of Barangay Di
Makulangan Street Camalaniugna that happened on the same place.

3. At the crime scene, on May 25, 2021 the undersigned investigator observed that
there is a sign on the suspect that he is not just under the influence of alcohol. He called
through mobile phone to ask for a drug test for the suspect.

4. Other details of the incident were the place where it happened, the area is a
curved that overtaking must be not to a rider for it is very dangerous.

under the influence alcohol, the suspect also a drug user according to the
further investigation. On the preliminary investigation, the suspect denied
that he is using drugs despite on the Drug test has been done.
3. This report was confirmed by the Camalaniugan Police upon
investigation and led by Police Lieutenant Sunshine Talosig.

4. Further Document revealed that he is also a leader of a group of gangster


at Di Makulangan Street Camalaniugan named “Tira-tira Droga”

ON THE INCIDENT recorded in Patrol Section Incident Logbook
With a case of robbery with frustrated homicide with entry no.
2021-02 dated January 15, 2016.

II. DETAIL
2. Continuous follow investigation on the said case , there were CCTV
Camera’s near the crime scene and this Camera is owned by Mr. Mata
Linaw, 32 years old, a resident of the said Barangay and the owner of the
hardware shop that has CCTV Camera. On the footage it was seen that
there were five (5) man who holds a black sock and wear a mask to protect
their identity, running to the next street of the Barangay Agusi,
Camalaniugan Cagayan which is the Hanapin mo Street were their vehicle
use to escape was there, a red motorcycle with a side car the plate number
was unidentified because the place were dim.

3. This report was confirmed by Police Lieutenant Sunshine Talosig who


holds the case. That the suspects are still unidentified because of lack of
evidences that may lead to solve the case.

4. Further documentary revealed that, after a day of having the file of the
footage to Mr. Mata Linaw, another CCTV Footage was been collected and
this time the place are bright and the plate number of the vehicle that use as
a get away from the crime scene was been found, a motor cycle with side
car , with a plate Number DC 1234 and the footage was from Nasarakan
Street , and the camera was owned by a fast food chain CCTV and a
kilometer away from the Crime scene. The vehicle passed the said fast food
chain at exact 12:25 midnight, a red motorcycle with side car, 5 man on it ,
no facemask, black sock was held one of the man.

II. MATTERS TO BE INVESTIGATED:

2. To determine the facts surrounding on the case of Murder on April 21


2020 at about 07:30 o'clock in the evening during power interruption in Baranga
Julian Olivas Sr. of this municipality wherein the suspect is Geronimo Joaquin
Garcia Aka James, 39 years old, finished 3rd year high school, no permanent
job, native of Barangay A. Pascual, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija and presently
residing Barangay Centro Norte, Camalaniugan, Cagayan and the victim is
incumbe Barangay Captain Eranio Caleda a resident of Barangay Julian Olivas
Sr., Camalaniugan, Cagayan.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE:

4. A shooting incident is committed April 21, 2020 at around 08:55 in


evening in Barangay Julian Olivas Sr., Camalaniugan, Cagayan wherein victim
is incumb Barangay Captain Eranio Caleda y Macabugao, 46 years old, married,
college graduate an resident of Barangay Julian Olivas Sr. Camalaniugan,
Cagayan was shot by the suspect several times.

5. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, victim


w one companion were fixing an electrical wiring to serve as their
illumination at the establish barangay checkpoint due to power interruption
(brown out) when a male factor on board a motorcycle stop near them then
alighted from the same and approach the victim thereby deliberately shoot
him several times hitting the different parts of victim's body of still
unknown caliber. Victim was immediately rushed to Grupo Medico De
Dios hospital for medical treatment but expired while on going medication
while suspect on board his motorcycle fled away to unknown direction.

6. That this station immediately sought assistance of SOCO team based at


Lal lo, Cagayan.

7. . That at about 08:25 in the evening of same date, SOCO team led by
PLT COL WILFREDO M QUINTERO arrived and processed the crime
scene witnessed by Brgy Kagawad Manuel Ubias y Regis of said place that
resulted to the recovery of six(6) pieces fired cartridges cases of cal.45.

8. . That during the conduct of thorough investigation, an information was


gathered regarding the identity and where about of the suspect. At about
03:00 o'clock in the morning of April 22, 2020 PNP personnel this office
led by PCAPT ARNEL L ACAIN, ACOP proceeded in Brgy Centro Norte,
Camalaniugan, Cagayan particularly at the house of Vice Mayor Isidro T
Cabaddu where suspect stays and upon arrival thereat we immediately
inform Vice Mayor Cabaddu about the incident prompted him(Vice Mayor
Cabaddu) to call the suspect at their barracks but upon sensing the presence
of the PNP, suspect tried to escape, however the back up team who
strategically positioned themselves at the riverbanks able to apprehend the
suspect identified as Geronimo Joaquin y Garcia, 39 years old, married,
high school gradute, close in guard/driver and a native of Brgy A Pascual,
San Jose City, Nueva Ecija and presently residing at Brgy Centro Norte this
municipalty.

9. That during the interview and interrogation from the suspect, he revealed
that his co conspirator in shooting Brgy Captain Eranio Caleda was one
Carlo Aggabao, security guard of Municipal Mayor Angelica C. Dela Cruz
who accordingly, he was the one who offered him with pay.

10. That at around 05:25 in the morning of same date, PNP personnel this
office proceeded in Brgy Baggao this municipality and invited Carlo
Aggabao for interview. That at about 12:10 in the afternoon of same date,
Carlo Aggabao y Ibarra, 27 years old, single, college graduate, VIP security
a native of Brgy Tallungan, Reina Mercedez, Isabela and presently residing
at Brgy Bulala, Camalaniugan, Cagayan was arrested after Geronimo
Joaquin revealed in his extra judicial confession that he is his co conspirator
in shooting Brgy captain Eranio Caleda in the presence of Atty Ruperto
Fernando and Atty Salvador F Roploc both of Public Assitance Office
(PAO), Aparri, Cagayan.

IV.DISCUSSION:

11. In this case, the suspect is amenable that he was only paid to Kill Brgy
Captain Eranio Caleda of Brgy Julian Olivas Sr, Camalaniugan, Cagayan.

V.CONCLUSION:

12. After a careful perusal surrounding this particular incident, the fact that

he intentionally shoot the victim, he is still liable and face the consequences.

RECOMMENDATION:

13. A case for murder is hereby recommended to be filed against the


supects.
