THIS IS TO CERTIFY that we the undersigned surveyors at the request of M/s. TRADING
CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN (PVT) LIMITED., KARACHI, as the Consignee’s attended
onboard the vessel M.V. “COPENHAGEN EAGLE” whilst she lay afloat at Fauji Akbar
Portia Marine Terminals Limited, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim from 03.10.2022 to
08.10.2022 for the purpose of carrying out DRAUGHT SURVEY, CONTINUOUS ONBOARD,

DISCHARGING SUPERVISION AND DELIVERY SURVEY.

In accordance with your instructions, we were in contact with FAP officials and shipping
agent to conduct Draught Survey of subject vessel for discharging (FRENCH MILLING
WHEAT IN BULK).

We were informed that the vessel M.V. “COPENHAGEN EAGLE” will come alongside FAP
Terminal Limited, Port Bin Qasim. Our team reached port before arrival of vessel on
03rd October, 2022.

DRAUGHT SURVEY:

Upon berthing of vessel at FAP Terminal Limited, Port Bin Qasim Karachi Pakistan on
03.10.2022 at 1015Hrs, we immediately boarded the vessel and carried out Initial Draught
survey along with Chief Officer of the vessel and other attending surveyors.

Upon completion of discharging on 08.10.2022 at 0300Hrs, we carried out Final Draught


Survey at FAP Terminal Limited, Port Bin Qasim on 08.10.2022 at 0330/0615Hrs along
with ship’s staff and other attending surveyors as reproduced below.

BREAK BULK SURVEY:

Prior opening of hatch cover, we found all holds no. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 with all entrances
sealed. All hatches cover found apparently sound and battened down properly.

Upon opening of hatches, we found all visible surface cargo apparently in sound and free
flowing condition.

STOWAGE OF CARGO:

We give here under the stowage of the cargo onboard above vessel as mentioned by
Chief Officer.

SAMPLING:

Before commencement of discharging of cargo till completion attending surveyors carried


out draw samples of bulk wheat from each hatch no. 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5. 01 Composite
sample bearing seal No. 002804 was delivered to consignee’s (TCP) & 01 sample
bearing No. 002801 was retained with us.

The load port samples were not provided to us by the Chief Officer of the vessel.

ONBOARD DISCHARGING SURVEY:

We carried out a condition survey of cargo wheat in bulk during discharging operation
from 03.10.2022 to 08.10.2022 by means of unloaders alongside the vessel. We also
observed that discharging of cargo through pneumatic and mechanical un-loaders were
lifting the cargo and dropping into the respective machines then the cargo was conveyed
to either steel silos or flat warehouses for onward automated bagging refilling / packed.

We noted the bulk cargo was discharged apparently in sound / free flow condition as
detailed below:
