1. Look at the chart. It shows the result of a survey on supporters of different games. Now, analyze the chart
focusing on the main aspects. (At least in 150 words)

The pie chart shows the result of a survey on supporters of different games. The categories
mentioned in the chart are football, cricket, golf, hocky and tennis.

In the pie chart we see that 40% of the people like football and it is liked by most of the
people. Therefore, it is visible that football occupies the largest part of the pie chart.
Cricket holds the second position in the pie chart. So, the pie charts presents cricket is
liked by 25% of the people. Therefore it is very clear that, the number of football lovers is
15% more than the cricket fans. Hocky takes the third position and the pie chart shows
15% of the people like hocky. Again we see, cricket and hocky jointly equal the number
of football fan. It is visible from the pie chart that, golf and tennis have little appeal among
the people. Tennis is loved by 13% of the people. The least liked game in the chart is golf.
Only 7% of the people like golf.
Therefore, it is clear that most of the people’s favourite game is football and their second
favourite game is cricket.

The pie chart shows the pollutions of a city with six different sources. These are the
vehicles, factories, household wastes, railway engines, brick fields and power house.
The chart shows that the highest level of pollution is caused by vehicles, and it covers
60% of the total pollution. The second rate of pollution is caused by factories which
cover 15%, of the total pollution. The third source is household wastes which covers 10%
pollution. Railway engines also contribute to pollution which is 5% of the total pollution.
Next comes the pollution by brick fields which is 8% of the total. 2% of air pollution is
due to the smoke emitted from powerhouse. From the chart, it also becomes clear that the
rate of pollution is very close by household wastes (10%) and by brick fields (8%).
But the highest level of pollution is caused by vehicles. The lowest rate of pollution has
been caused by power house. It is also clear that the rate of pollution by household wastes
is double the rate by railway engines.

This pie chart shows the percentages of household income distributions into different
categories. The categories mentioned in the chart are— food items, clothes, education,
power transport, savings, and other things.
From this chart, it is visible that, the family’s 28% of total income is distributed for food
and it occupies the largest portion in the pie chart. Again, 25% of total is income is
distributed for education and it takes the second highest amount in the chart.
Transportation takes the third biggest amount and it covers (12%) of total income. For
power, and for other reasons the family distributes (5%) and (8%) of income respectively.
Moreover, the family is aware of the future and keeps an extra (12%) of income for
saving.
However, it is clear from the chart that, the family is a balanced one, as it distributes
income reasonably. The highest distribution of income goes for food items which is 28%.
The second highest distribution goes for education and it is 25%. The family is supposed
to be a happy one, with the reasonable distribution of income.
