I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
1. Identify characteristics of arts and crafts in South Asia specifically in India.
3. Appreciate the use of arts and crafts to discover the effects of arts in life.

B. MEHNDI

“RANGOLI ART”
Directions:
1. On your advance sketch design use glue to
outline your design.
2. Roll the paper into a cone and snip a small hole
in the narrow end.
3. Fill the larger opening with colored eggshell.
Use your finger as a stopper on the small hole
you made. This is how you will control the flow of
the eggshell.
4. Fill in your design with eggshell according to
your choice and color combination. This is the
most interesting step, and usually the most fun.
5. Don’t forget to wear a facemask while doing
Rangoli art. Also, if you have available gloves you
can wear it too for your safety.
6. Learners only have 5 minutes to do their
Rangoli Art.
