AEB (Automatic Filling Parameter Determination)
Now, “K1, K2, K3, K4, KV, KR” and finally “OK” should be displayed on the screen successively
If not so, refer to the AEB table on next page and make sure that all parameters are OK . Then, try Engine OFF→ON again.

Principle of transmission power shifting & AEB
In the neutral condition of clutch, shaft and gear are separated.
To engage shaft with gear, hydraulic pressure pushes piston to clutch pack, it makes gear turn with shaft.

AEB
Basic understanding of AEB
Transmission power shifting has three steps of clutch filling, force transfer, and slipping for full engagement of gear.

AEB
Determination of the fast fill time
Step 2 of AEB is process of finding fast fill time for clutch filling
(1) Filling oil to the clutch
(2) Moving piston toward disks in 0.15 seconds with compensated pressure founded step 1.
(3) After 0.15 seconds, increase pressure 1 bar more than pressure before, and take time-window.(T-window)
(4) If the turbine speed is not rapidly decreasing in T-window, repeat (1)~(3) steps with 0.01 seconds more than before
until turbine speed is rapidly decreasing in T-window. That pressure is the compensated pressure.
