If the PLCs have a RS485 communication port, don’t use the converter (RS232
to RS485 converter) between the PLC and inverters.

the setup.exe file. (http://www.hyundai-elec.com)

™ Step 2 : S/W installation will be progressed.

Click the “Next” button two times.

¾ If user changed the value of parameter of inverter, refer to below.

① In case inverter power does not turn off, inverter is driver with changed
parameter.

② But, in case inverter power turn off and turn on, all of the data that user
changed using HiMS2000 disappear from memory of inverter.

③ Therefore, must store data to EEPROM in case user wants to store.

¾ EEPROM Check : Verifies whether or nor it is possible to set a particular
parameter in the EEPROM.
