INTERVIEW NOTES

1. INTRODUCTION
My name is Rangga Dwi Putra commonly called Rangga. I am currently 23 years old. I live in
Depok, West Java. I am a graduate of Electrical Engineering University of Indonesia, graduating
in July of 2021. During my time in college, I have experience inorganizing, committees,
competitions, and also internships in the Electrical Engineering department. Currently, I have
been working in the field of Appraisal (Property Appraisal) for approximately almost 1 year.

2. JOBDESC APPRAISER
a. Assessing ril properti or land for various purposes such as buying and selling, auctions,
insurance, land acquisition, development, and others
b. Evaluating a property to establish market value over a property taking into account
several factors
c. Check all variables yang affect the current or future value of the property (comparable
home sales, previous sales records, future developments, etc.)
d. Conducting field trips, property inspections, and interviewing things that can be a factor
in thedevelopment of assessments to clients
e. Prepare an asset appraisal report that describes the appraisal results and methods used
in outline

3. JOBDESC INTERNSHIP
PT Telkom Indonesia - Service Operation Intern
a. Monitoring power supply needs for all devices and operational activities
b. maintain electrical equipment such as generators, UPS, ATS, batteries, and panels
c. Perform routine load testing on the generator to maintain optimal performance
PT Build Main Invention - Electrical Engineer Intern
a. Involved in the PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 Ramba Field project which intends to carry out
a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of the Bentayan Water Treatment Injection
Plant (WTIP) structure with the capacity of the Field area, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
b. Mencari articles or products with various brands from the list of equipment that has been
given
c. Simulating motor start on WTIP project using ETAP software

4. JOBDESC ENGINEER PT AZBIZ


1. Provide technical guidance in planning and implementing assigned projects
2. Supervise all electrical-related activities at the project site
3. Visit client sites and check system performance
4. Repairing and maintainingthe system and conducting regular inspections
5. Menyiapkan user requirements, technical specifications, design specifications and
commissioning plans

Electrical engineering
1. Have experience in Electrical Engineering at BAS (Building Automation System)
2. Good Knowledge for Field Instrumentation ( Transmitter, Control Valve) Control System
& PLC / DCS
Intstrument Engineering
1. Have experience in Electrical Engineering at BAS (Building Automation System)
2. Good Knowledge for Instrumentation, Control Systems & PLC/DCS

5. STRENGTH & WEAKNESS


Strength
a. Can work under pressure
b. Persistent in doing work (kl given a job, will be worked optimally not just finished)
c. Can communicate well so that it canadapt to the environment easily
d. Continuous Learning (Happy to learn new things and always curious)
Weakness
a. Overconfidence in my personal work→ how to overcome it still has to open information
from colleagues and superiors to get input(because surely input from everyone will have
constructive things)
b. Often self-criticism:
c. Self-criticism: Being hard on yourself is a bigger problem for you than it is
for your employer unless you become paralyzed by fear of making a
mistake.

6. WHY LEAVE THE PREVIOUS COMPANY


Because I want to further develop and pursue the science of engineering andpractice
that I gained during my studies in electrical engineering.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE CAN YOU APPLY TO PREVIOUS JOBS OR COMPANIES?


Of course, the knowledge I gained during lectures was useful in previous work, such as when
Idid the PLTM (Mini Hydro Power Plant) assessment, I already knew the process of generating
electricity and the tools or machines used by PLTM to apply it to my assessment report.

7. WHY SHOULD I BE BAGIAN OF THE COMPANY


First, I am an experienced person both in terms of hard skills and soft skills
- Hardskill: I got it from studying electrical engineering, as well as practicing it in my
internship and work to date which isrelated to the science of enginerring
- Soft skills: I got from my experience of 3 years of organization, and committee during
college
Secondly, Because I am a persistent person and always do things to the fullest. This can be
proven when I am studying, that is, I can balance my academics with graduating on time and my
organizational life where every target in achieving the organization runs optimally.
So, from the skills and competencies that areappropriate, it can fulfill all the duties and
jobs that are my obligations as well as possible, so that it can contribute to the company
well.
