 Understand the “SLB” Sale and Lease Back model
We own, operate and manage our Data Centres, and rent it out to our clients & the continued use of
these assets generates revenue for us.

In the Sale and Lease-Back model, the Seller sells its own property to the Purchaser, and immediately
thereafter, the Seller’s marketing affiliate leases back the property from the purchaser on a long term
basis. The sale agreement and lease agreement are executed simultaneously. The Seller is responsible for
the insurance, maintenance and operation of the property.

We are offering to sell our own assets to the purchaser and propose to pay a fixed monthly rental on
those assets that the purchaser may buy from us.

We are not soliciting deposits from you. We are not asking you to give us a loan. We are not selling equity in
our company to you. We are not asking you to invest in our company.
