JEE Syllabus

The JEE syllabus is an extremely important piece of document which aspirants should get a hold of
and go through thoroughly to understand a lot of things about the entrance exam. JEE syllabus
contains a lot of information including details of the important chapters and topics to focus on,
weightage of marks, key objectives of the entire JEE course, reference materials and more.
Therefore, getting a complete overview of the IIT JEE syllabus will help candidates to not only study
productively but they will be one step ahead in the competition.

JEE Syllabus can be split into two major categories –


the JEE Main syllabus and
the JEE Advanced syllabus.

Several topics fall under the syllabus for both of these examinations. However, certain topics are
unique to the JEE Main and some select topics are unique to the JEE Advanced.

It is advisable for candidates to familiarize themselves with the key differences in the syllabi of JEE
Main and JEE Advanced 2023 and prioritize their learning.
