LIFTING PLAN

Tool Specification: -
5Ton Forklift

* Weight lifting capacity= 5Ton.

Specification for the materials to be lifted: -


Old containers unloading(Qty-5)

Weight =
3 Tons
max.

Working Method:-

1) Forklift reaches the open area where container is situated.


2) Carefully lifts the arms and takes out the materials one by one.
3) The forklift slowly drags the cargo out.
4) After the goods are pulled out, the forklift lifts the goods in the
designated places.

Security measurement taken:-

1) Using walkie-talkies to communicate between operator & helper& also


using sign languages to communicate.
2) Using barricade to secure the area with the help of the safety officer.
3) Taking out or let take help from MBI personal to clear out the area of
Working near bottling area building.
4) Maintaining safe distance, wearing helmets and gloves.
5) Clear out the traffic with communicating with security personal.
6) Need to communicate with packaging manager in order for clearance of
that open area.

Security during work with the crane: -


We will barricade the area along with will keep the bay clear during our work as shown in
the below pictures.
