Section 4. The school administrators of the Nationalized High
Schools of Pozorrubio shall automatically be the adviser of
the association. They shall advise the association on
matters they see fit for the efficient functioning of the

any anomaly they observe.
Section 5. Each member shall be provided a copy of the
2018-2020 constitution and by-laws of this association.
