At the outset, I thank you for providing us with your valuable inquiry. We are pleased to present our offer for your kind
perusal.
The complete technical and commercial details are listed below. I hope it meets your approval if any comments or

Proposal Summary:
Scope of work:
Our scope of work is limited to the elevator's supply, erection, and commissioning.
Civil works are not included in our scope of services (3 stops 400 kg home elevator).
If required, any tiling, patchwork, painting, etc. if required must be done by the customer.
Apart from what is agreed beforehand, the customer must do any decoration and external covering of moving areas.

Important Terms:

• Delivery time: 3 months from the date of receipt of down payment, confirmation of Specification & Layout
Drawings.
• Installation time: 20-30 days after receipt of delivery payment.
• Maintenance: The offer is inclusive of One year of free maintenance after delivery. We will service and repair the
elevators and attend to emergency breakdowns during this period.
• Guarantee: The quality guarantee is 2 years after delivery.
• Quotation validity: One month from the date of release.

The Above Pricing for the Commercial Elevators is Inclusive of:

• 1 set of G+1 (2 Stops) Elevator (as mentioned above) – Kindly know if some option is selected it might increase
the price.
• Packing and Forwarding charges.
• Installation Charges.
• Four Years of Maintenance
• Grantee 10 years for all the parts.

Site preparation to be done by the Customer:

• Power Supply would have to be provided until the control panel.

• A convenient space would be required to keep the control panel.
• Civil works for the pit, the shaft, and the machine room and any cutting, painting, or tiling work as
required.
• Scaffolding and Power Supply would be required during installation.
• External Protection covering would have to be done by the Customer.
• Any approvals or permits must be provided by the customer if required.
• Power supply for installation purposes.

Other terms & conditions:

(Note: Technical drawing shall be submitted only after order confirmation/ contract signing and is based on site
conditions).

All the above specifications are based on the standard configuration of the manufacturer which does not include any
adjustment after goods arrived at the destination/customer’s job site.

This equipment with all its accessories will be protected by a guarantee along with a service contract from the time of
commissioning. An additional service contract is also available after the expiry of the normal maintenance period on a
nominal payment. Our service engineer will visit your site for preventive maintenance and be available for service calls
during this period.

Our guarantee/warranty of procured items such as electric motor, contactors, relays, switches, electrical fittings, ball
bearings, pumps, valves, other accessories, etc are subject to the terms and conditions of the guarantee/warranty
provided by their manufacturers. The consumable and wearable components such as hydraulic oil, oil seals / ‘O’ rings,
bush bearing, etc. are not covered under the free replacement guarantee.

This guarantee is valid for the working of equipment under the normal working condition within its rated capacity and
lifted height. Any damage caused by faulty usage, from external sources, or unfavorable working conditions are not
covered under our guarantee. Multiple agencies will be involved in this process of operations, such as logistics,
electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering services. Thus, the compensations/service charges would be paid to the
respective agencies.

Kindly note that any work, including technical drawings are done after receiving advance payment only. The actual size
of the cabin would be as per the technical drawing, based on site conditions.

Kindly note that the payment is the essence of this deal, and our warranty is null and void if full payment is not received
on the due date as per the agreed terms and conditions. Advance payment received by us will not be refunded under
any circumstances. In any event of cancellation of the order, the purchaser has to bear the cost of work under process
incurred by us, up to that stage of work.

The decision regarding the warranty taken by the company shall be final and binding on all concerned. The warranty/
guarantee would be void if the elevator is serviced by a third party.

Our maximum liability under this guarantee / or any other terms and conditions agreed upon are limited to the amount
to be paid by the buyer against this contract as the cost of equipment and services provided by us.
