    THIS CAUSE came before the Coutt upon the Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to

    Submit Proposed Orders on: (i) S&A Capital Partners, Inc. 's Emergency Motion to Dissolve

    Writs of Garnishment; (ii) Real Estate & Finance, Inc. 's Emergency Motion to Intervene; and

    (iii) Real Estate & Finance, Inc. 's Emergency Motion to Dissolve Writs of Garnishment (the

    "Motion") filed by First American Bank. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, noting the

    agreement of First American Bank, S&A Capital Partners, Inc. and Real Estate & Finance, Inc.,

    and being otherwise fully advised,

    ORDERS AND ADJUDGES as follows:

    1. The Motion is GRANTED.

    2. First American Bank, S&A Capital Partners, Inc. and Real Estate & Finance, Inc.

    shall submit their Proposed Orders on S&A Capital Partners, Inc.'s Emergency Motion to
