Standard Display - Audience
From the Audience Overview Report, select a three month time period
you would like to explore. Which week had the most visitors, and which
week had the fewest visitors to your site?

From September 30th to december 29th, the week in which the store had the
most visitors was the one from November 25th to December 1st, However, this
maximum is not very different from the weeks of the last 2 months. on the
other hand, minimum point in the last week of December from December 23rd
to December 29th has a notable difference compared to the rest
Standard Display - Audience
Do you have any ideas why certain trends are associated with these
specific weeks?

The maximum point is generated from November 25th to

December 1s , this may be associated with balck Friday and cyber
Monday in that year.

The minimum point December from December 23rd to December

29th could be associated may be associated with the fact that it is
the last week of the year and christmass where the priority of the
people is not to buy merchandise from Google.
Standard Display: Acquisition
During the three month period you’ve selected, excluding Direct and
(Other), which channels had the highest and lowest bounce rates and
the highest and lowest eCommerce conversion rates? What do these
metrics mean, based on your experience?
that the more pages per session the conversion rate tends to increase.

Standard Display: Acquisition

During the three month period you’ve selected, excluding Direct and
(Other), which channels had the highest and lowest bounce rates and
the highest and lowest eCommerce conversion rates? What do these
metrics mean, based on your experience?

The display channel has the highest bounce rate with 71.59%, whereas the
channel that has the lowest bounce rate is Referral with 22.32%. Regarding
the eCommerce conversion rates, the Referral channel has the highest
index with 0.78% and the social channel the lowest with 0.03%

The channel with the highest eCommerce conversion rate coincidentally

has the lowest bounce rate, confirming that sessions that do not bounce
in the Referral Channel have a greater chance of making a transaction.

The organic channel despite being the one with the most users, new users
and sessions, it doesn’t have the best revenue, the channel with the best
revenue is the Referral channel due to the bounce rate and the
eCommerce conversion rate of these channels.

The pages/sesión have a relation whith the eCommerce conversión rate,

where for more pages per session the conversion rate tends to increase.
Percentage Display: Conversion
During the three month period you’ve selected, which Product
Category contributed the highest number of unique purchases for
New Users and which Product Category was responsible for the
largest percentage of revenue for New Users? (Screenshot(s) only; no
elaboration required.)
Comparison Display: Behavior
For traffic from All Users between the start and end of your three
month period, please provide a comparison report showing Site
Speed Page timings for our top ten pages (based on pageviews) and
identify any potential troublespots.

An opportunity for improvement in the average loading time of the home page
is observed, because it is a 23.77% slower than the medium, since it is the page
with more visits (213K) in the 3 months analyzed. This time could impact the
bounce rate

It’ss positive that the average loading of the basket and the sigin are more od
30% faster than the medium since they are the previous step to the transaction
and the necessary condition to the transaction in case the user is not
registered previously.
Percentage Display: Audience
Please go into the Audience → Overview → Mobile report and provide
a screenshot or screenshots that show the following: Between the
start and end of the three month period you’ve chosen, please
provide percentage charts (pie charts) that show what percentage of
All Users came from mobile, desktop, and tablet devices and what
percentage of Paid Traffic Users came from mobile, desktop, and
tablet devices.

the female gender is slightly greater than the male gender, however it

Audience Segment: Geography
Which is the most used Browser in the US and outside US?

The most used browser in the US and outside US is Chrome, also I

observed that in this browser the avg. session duration in the US is
greater than outside the US (00:04:02 vs 00:02:32). Too the difference
in the bounce rate from US vs outside US in Chrome Browser is
greater compared to the rest of the top 3
Audience Segment: User Behavior
how is the behavior of users who visit the shipping information page
compared to the rest that make a purchase?

The conversion rate of users who visit the shipping information page in their
session is almost half that of the total users (0.44% vs 0.81%) who complete
the purchase, this may indicate that the shipping information is not clear or
can be daunting for the user.
