- What are your strengths and weaknesses? Responsible, team player, leadership, and
punctual. Weakness: afraid to say no.
- How do you think a friend or professor who knows you well would describe you?
I would describe myself as a very determined person. I take my job and tasks seriously. My
reference will probably describe me as an altruistic person because I really value the well-
being of the people around me. I always want to keep them motivated and be there for
them when they need me.
- What motivates you to make your greatest effort? Leading and being part of a team
- What qualifications do you have that will enable you to be successful in this field? I think that
the qualification I have that will enable me to be successful is me being analytical and at
the same time punctual. I can interpret the financial statements accurately and concisely
at the same time that I can pass it earlier than the deadline. I actually did that at my
previous job in healthy options, I used to create financial statements and pass it two days
before the deadline to my chief accountant which actually praised me for doing a great
job.
- In what ways do you think you can contribute to our organization? How can you be an asset? I
can be an asset to your company by using my valuable qualities from my past job. I am a
very hardworking person, aside from being analytical, I am also punctual in going to work
in passing my financial reports. I can be asset to your organization since I am dedicated
towards my work. I have a patience to hold up pressure and work sincerely. Moreover I
have a quality to learn from my failure and don’t give up until I achieve positive result. I

the market and the company with its needs.

of?
- What have you learned from your previous jobs or extracurricular activities? When I started
my job at healthy options, I really had a hard time in adjusting with the environment that
I am in. Everything is new to me since it was my very first job. But then, I learned that it is
important to have a close relationship with your co-workers. It will really help you to grow
as a person if you initiate and try to get close with your co-workers and even your
manager or chief accountant. They also are of help to you in case you need someone
else’s opinion or need help for your task.
- Describe the relationship that should exist between a supervisor and those reporting to him or
her? It's in a supervisor's best interest to get along well with everyone who reports to
them, but it's also critical to maintain job focus. The team's morale should always be high,
and the manager should be able to do so without losing sight of the most important
tasks.
- In what kind of work environment are you most comfortable? I am flexible in terms of your
work environment, but I can perform best when I have a relatively quiet space so I can
drill into the numbers without distraction. But all in all, I also prefer having some co-
workers near me to also discuss with them when I am doing financial reports.
