The Thiagarajar Group was established by the Late
Industrialist and Philanthropist Shri Karumuttu Thiagarajan
Chettiar.

Thiagarajar Mills came into existence in 1936 with the aim

of manufacturing the best quality and premium textile
products. The group comprises of three textile units and
one weaving unit, all of which are dedicated to the
production of a wide range of yarn for various applications
& high quality Grey Fabrics. Our success over the years is
reflected in the fact that we are one of the largest
manufacturers and exporters of 100% Indian Cotton Yarn.
However, this is not a laurel that we rest upon; for us, it is
a constant reminder of the faith invested in us by our
invaluable clientele, a faith that we have and continuously
endeavour to live up to.

The Thiagarajar Group is a well-established group with

unique capabilities which has established a strong niche
in Textile production. We have expanded our capabilities
to include special weaves and unique combinations.
