    1. That the land I sold to SPS. CARLOS B. BELTES and ARLEN S. BELTES under
    Doc. No. ____, Page No. ____, Book No. ____, Series of 2021, dated _________ of
    Notary Public ________________, is my retention area or a portion of my retention area
    of not more than five (5) hectares;

    2. That the said land is untenanted nor covered by any leasehold agreement;

    3. That there is no pending case before the regular courts or any tribunal involving the said
    land;

    4. That I own an aggregate landholding of not more than five (5) hectares including the land
    described above;

    5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and in compliance

    APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF LAND TRANSFER CLEARANCE

    WE, SPS. CARLOS B. BELTES and ARLEN S. BELTES of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident
    of Gloria, Oriental Mindoro and LETICIA SEMILLA married to ELIAS CARANDANG of legal age,
    Filipino and resident of Pola, Oriental Mindoro, after being sworn in accordance with the law, hereby depose
    and state:

    1. We are the parties in Deed of Absolute Sale involving a parcel of land covered by TCT No. T-98334
    with an area of 0.1590(hectares), more or less, located at A. Bonifacio (Batingan), Gloria, Oriental
    Mindoro or declared under Tax Declaration (TD) No. 2015-060010-00288;

    2. The application for the issuance of Land Transfer Clearance (LTC) is not contrary to law because both
    of us are qualified to dispose and acquire the land described above. In addition, the said land is neither
    covered under the agrarian reform program within the CARPER LAND Balance, and that deed/contract
    will not violate the retention limit provided under the law;

    3. In support thereto and in compliance with DAR A.O No. _____, Series of 2020, the mandatory
